The Zumu Zumu no Mi, also known as the Zoom-Zoom Fruit, is a Paramecia Type Devil Fruit that lets the user propel anything they touch.

Appearance[]

The fruit is light blue and shaped like a heart with a wavy swirl pattern. The stem of the fruit is light green and "t-shaped" with a curled left end.

Description[]

The Zoom-Zoom Fruit lets the user propel anything they touch, including themselves. This ability allows the user to propel people they come into contact with in combat away from the user at great speeds. This propulsion ability can also be extended to anything the user throws, as well as long-distance weapons such as guns, making anything thrown or fired from the hands of the fruit user have a much greater velocity and so more deadly.

In addition, the user can use this propulsion ability on themselves, allowing them to move from one location to another at near-teleportation speeds, proving useful to avoid attacks from opponents. Since the propulsion ability applies to their entire body, the fruit user gains great agility in battle. They can propel themselves off the ground using their feet in order to jump very high, as well as propel off angular surfaces in order to scale very large obstacles. A water-like ripple effect will occur on anything the user propels, whether it's a surface or an opponent.

Techniques[]

  • Reject Fist: The user punches an opponent, causing them to be propelled away from the user at a great speed and eventually slam into a hard surface or slow down and hit the ground.
  • Knuckle Repulsion: The user propels themself from where they're standing towards an opponent, then uses the Reject Fist technique to increase the impact of their punch. The opponent will be propelled away from the user at an even greater speed and eventually slam into a hard surface or slow down and hit the ground.
  • Jack Knife: The user launches themselves at an opponent and kicks them from sideways, propelling the opponent far away from the user at a great speed until the opponent either slams into a hard surface or slows down and hits the ground.
  • Sky Adventure: The user either kicks an opponent upwards or uppercuts them, causing them to be propelled high into the sky, eventually falling back down to hit the ground or into another propulsion kick or uppercut.
  • Propulsion Rippling: The user punches the ground, propelling it to ripple out in all directions like a droplet hitting water. A powerful shockwave will also be sent out in all directions. This technique is useful for destabilizing large groups of opponents at once.

Trivia[]
