Stormy Buchanan (ストーミ ブチャナン, Suto-mi Buchanan) is the Doctor of the Bear Claw Pirates and the fourth to join their crew. Originally a nurse in the village where she was born, she was arrest for malpractice after "accidently" killing a rich patient who abused little girls. Stormy was set up to be executed with her soon to be captain Knave Dhahaka. After he helped her escape, she agreed to join his crew. Her main form of combat is a array of pill capsules that have various weaponry, viruses, and other effects stored inside them.
