[edit] Strengths and Weaknesses

The Sonu Sonu no Mi (or Sound Sound Fruit) strongest point is that the eater can use any sound waves made by her in devastating sonic blasts. The strength of this Fruit can also be amplified via a good sound absorbent like water. The eater of this Devil Fruit can also mimic sounds she has heard before and can “see” things through echolocation. The one weakness of this Devil Fruit is that if the eater uses a powerful sonic blast, then they will become tired in some manner. An interesting side effect of the Fruit is that the eater gains a young and pristine body regardless of how old the eater is.

Other than the forementioned weakness, this Devil Fruit is susceptible to the standard weaknesses of all Devil Fruits.

[edit] Usage

While Jinko's main use of her Devil Fruit is to entertain others with music she has heard over her journeys or composed herself, she can also use it to launch powerful sonic blasts. She has also been capable of using her Devil Fruit powers in ways to aid in her job as an assassin such as silencing an area, echolocating her way through dark areas, and imitating the voice of her enemies.

[edit] Attacks

Sonu Sonu no Mugon: Literally, “Sound Sound Silence.” Jinko makes an area become completely silent.

Sonu Sonu no Kibo: Literally, “Sound Sound Scope.” Jinko magnifies a voice or voices in an enclosed area.

Sonu Sonu no Bakuha: Literally, “Sound Sound Blast.” Jinko blasts the opponent with a concentrated blast of sound.

Sonu Sonu no Lullaby: Literally, “Sound Sound Lullaby.” Jinko uses her flute to send those within earshot to sleep.

Sonu Sonu no Mozou: Literally, “Sound Sound Mimic.” Jinko imitates any sound that she hears or has heard.

Sonu Sonu no Kyokkai: Literally, “Sound Sound Distortion.” Jinko makes any sound made come out as gibberish.

Sonu Sonu no Himei: Literally, “Sound Sound Shriek.” A stronger version of the Sonu Sonu no Bakuha, this technique can easily destroy a small building or ship.

Sonu Sonu no Gassou: Literally, “Sound Sound Concert.” Jinko uses her flute (or any other instrument), and changes the sound waves so that it seems that she is playing several different instruments (this technique is used only for entertainment). She can also use this technique by dancing or any other body movement she does.

Sonu Sonu no Nami: Literally, “Sound Sound Wave.” The final and strongest version of the Sonu Sonu no Bakuha, this technique is capable of leveling a small town easily. This technique takes a lot out of Jinko, and she’s forced to drink something in order to regain her strength.

Sonu Sonu no Urusai: Literally, “Sound Sound Loud.” Jinko magnifies her voice so that she can be heard over a crowd.

Sonu Sonu no Symphony: Literally, “Sound Sound Symphony.” This is a more beautiful version of the Sonu Sonu no Gassou and it is only used for special occasions.

Sonu Sonu no Kashaku: Literally, “Sound Sound Torture.” Jinko places her hand over a person’s ears and emits several painful sound waves at the person’s ears. She can also use a medium, such as water, to enhance the attack and hit the opponent from a distance.

Sonu Sonu no Epe Duet: Literally, “Sound Sound Rapier Duet.” Jinko combines both her Sonu Sonu Powers and her skills with Hiryuu to create this attack. If Jinko misses her opponent then she can use the sound made by Hiryuu to affect the opponent’s ear (which then causes the opponent to become unbalanced, dizzy, and nauseous).

Sonu Sonu no Odori-Ryuu: Literally, “Sound Sound Dance Dragon.” Basically this attack is like the Kouryuu Yoarashi, except that Jinko uses her Sonu Sonu Powers to add the same effect as that of her Sonu Sonu no Epe Duet.

Sonu Sonu no Mizo: Literally, “Sound Sound Drain.” This attack is only used as a last resort. Using collected sound waves from her flute, Jinko creates a gigantic sonic boom that decimates an area roughly the size of a large baseball stadium (like the Sky Dome). It takes her nearly an entire day to recover and collect the used sound waves for this attack.
