Physical Abilties[]
Sai's physical abilities are near superhuman as a result of many years of training. He can move at extremely fast speed's that are on par with the "Shave" Rokushiki ability. He is also very strong, able to break an immense boulder with just his head. Much like Raiken and Miyazaki, he knows several different fighting styles that makes him a highly formidable opponent.
Swordsmanship[]

Wielding swords is what Sai knows to the best of his ability. He took up swordsmanship at the age of two and has been considered a prodigy in it ever since. He mastered One Sword and Two Sword Style at the age of ten, and mastered Three Sword Style at age 14. He has been seen being able to defeat multiple Vice Admirals on his own, as well as hold his own against Lokai, Kyon's go-to woman, who is a master swordswoman. He is the strongest sword wielder on the Heatwave Pirates.
Busoshoku Haki[]
Sai has been shown to possess Busoshoku Haki and has been training it ever since the age 16. Since then, he has mastered it to near perfect potential. He has been shown to be able to cut Kizaru using this Haki, as well as other top Logia Devil Fruit Users. He can also infuse this Haki in all three of his blades.
Kenbunshoku Haki[]
Sai also possesses Kenbunshoku Haki. He discovered this Haki during his journies in Paradise. He has also, like Busoshoku Haki, has mastered it to near perfect potential.
