Personality[]
Noted for chasing after male pirates only, he is remarked for bragging about never letting go a prey, yet also has been known to let go of everything he catches. Remarkably, though he is considered an annoyance by the Marines, he has yet to be caught and considers the Marines "dumbasses" for not "doing their job well enough".
History[]
He is famous for chasing down and capturing 5,001 pirates in the past, but letting all of them go for "being cute". Most pirates run upon sighting him.
Trivia[]
- His nickname comes from a joke related to him where he speaks a long sentances and yet doesn't seem to have theneed to breathe, no consider the use of proper gramma. It is also a play on "Okama".
