Background

The Kiso Kiso no Mi is a Logia Type Devil Fruit that allows the user, Sentan O. Kudo, to generate, manipulate, and transform into a white substance, commonly referred to as the "White Force", making the user a White Force Human (Viz: Blankman). Using the white force, Kudo gains access to a lot of abilities. The first ability is the ability to create portals that transfer organisms and objects to a realm known as the "Pale Dimension" which he has complete control of, and can shape it how he wants. The Pale Dimension is commonly used as a storage space like the Numa Numa no Mi, but he can also transport people there to make it easier to fight. He can even have his white transformation suck up things rather than just creating portals. It is important to know his portals do not have a gravitational pull, meaning someone actually needs to get trapped inside it. In his white state, he is intangible, but if he wants to he can solidify himself or his portals. One other power the user has is compression. The user can compress anything that is smaller than the user into a small white orb for a period of time. If Kudo is concentrating, he can contain people for 2 minutes longer than usual. The final power the user has is spatial manipulation, more commonly known as teleportation. Kudo can teleport to any location he desires in a couple seconds. The only weakness is he has to know where he wants to go and he cannot do this in rapid succession.
