Appearance[]
Jagris is a tall, muscular man with lightly tanned skin. He has dark hair which is cropped short to his head, and a small, pointed goatee. He has the Japanese symbol for dog (犬) tattooed on the left side of his torso, and the World Government symbol on his right shoulder. He wears a militaristic style of dress, with a long black coat with a white border that he buttons down, and black slacks and black polished leather shoes. He often wears a black tie. When he fights, he takes off his coat, claiming he doesn't want to get it bloody. Because of the nature of his devil Fruit, he can turn into a rottweiler or a dog-human hybrid.
Relationships[]
Jagris is close to his younger brother, Raeger, and works with him in the Marines. Both of the brothers have respect for the others power and skill. However, Jagris is the more reserved as he is five years older than Raeger, and lacks his enthusiasm.
Jagis also seems to care for his men, becoming angry if they are injured. However, he has little patience with their incompetence, and becomes irrated with them easily.

Jagris is strong man, and is very durable even in his human form. He can run at speeds fast enough to escape the destruction of a falling building while injured. His kicks and punches can create slicing forces, much like an invisible form of the Rankyaku of Cipher Pol. He has climbed up three floors of a collapsing building by jumping off of falling debris in an upward direction.
Jagris has eaten the Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Rottweiler, a Zoan-type Devil Fruit that has greatly increased Jagris' power, speed, and fighting abilities.
